JAMES F. HALLEY, Attorney
Jim Halley has more than three decades of experience representing clients in criminal and personal injury cases. He is devoted to providing the best possible representation on behalf of those facing life’s most challenging moments. He has been licensed to practice law in California since 1984 and in Oregon since 1991. He is also admitted to practice in federal trial courts in both states, as well as in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Jim is a member of Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Oregon Criminal Justice Act Panel, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Federal Bar Association Oregon, Multnomah Bar Association, Capital Defenders and the US District Court of Oregon’s Pro Bono Panel. He also serves as an arbitrator in civil litigation matters for Washington County.
In his free time, Jim enjoys time with family, biking, traveling, and trying to combine all of those things into one.
TRACI R. HAYES, Paralegal
Traci is an experienced paralegal and has worked for law firms specializing in personal injury, employment, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense. Her primary focus has been personal injury cases and has over 15 years of experience in this field. Traci’s goal is to “do the worrying” for the client and allow them to focus on their health and healing, acknowledging that injuries and the associated legal case, can often be a long and stressful process.
Traci is a member of the OTLA Paralegal and Women’s Caucuses, Oregon Paralegal Association, and National Federation of Paralegal Associations. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She also remains involved with support and resources for injury victims in association with her prior law firm in Birmingham, Alabama.
Outside of work, Traci enjoys time with her husband and two sons, playing soccer, running, and travel.
